In the KJV every time "LORD" is used (all caps) it is being employed to the four letters YHWH, otherwise known as the tetragrammaton, mistranslated as "Jehovah" in a few places, but best translated as "Yahweh," the Name of God. Also, the Ten Commandments are split to fall into two Great Commandments, 1. Love God, and 2. Love people, with Commandments 1-4 pertaining to the love and worship of God, and 5-10 pertaining to treating others with respect, or "loving them as you love yourself" (and thus should always be split in this way, two separate tables of stone, one about God, and one about people). These points are generally missed by those who create tributes to the Ten Commandments (and think, why do people care about the Ten when they do not keep the ten? they make the tributes into golden calves, idols, graven images, false worship).
It is also important to notice that the two commandments that have the most verbage to them, are #2 and #4 (and notice also, these two are compacted, condensed, and warped down more than any of the other commandments, generally reduced in representations to "don't take God's name in vain" and "remember the sabbath"), respecting God's name and remembering God's Holy Day, the two commandments most greatly ignored by those who consider themselves to be "Christian." The Jews, on the other hand, have always taken these commandments literally, that God says what He means, and means what He says (e.g., you don't shout out "Lord God Almighty" for no reason at all, and you don't pick your own day to be your holy day).
All arguments about the Ten Commandments should be put to rest by the Commandments themselves, which are very clear, highly explicit, and you will notice that God does not stutter, nor beat around the bush. Also very, very clear in the heart of the Ten Commandments, God literally spells out His Own Holy Day, that it IS the Seventh day, not a "principle" of "one day in seven," but the seventh day. The Sabbath is the Lord's Day, He says so Himself, IN the Ten Commandments!
Ways to aid this ministry include praying for these sites:
www.TruthSeek.net, www.DeceivingtheElect.net, and www.DramaticParables.com, donations and provision may be gifted using the TruthSeekGift page (and please only use this if you feel you are inspired by God to do so), and also feel free to use the Prayer Request page to submit prayer requests, and praying for the prayer requests of others, as well as exploring the various advertisements and links on these pages (regrettably, the advertising is necessary to recompense the many costs of keeping a website running, so exploration of the advertisers, which are not connected to any of these studies, is greatly appreciated). Any aid is joyously accepted, even if that means a smile and a well-wish, or a simple prayer. Thank you so much!
