I Am God, no other gods before Me. There is only One God, Yahweh.
Commandment #2:
Bow down to no graven images. Bowing is a form of worship. No idolatory.
Commandment #3:
Take God's Name very seriously. Do not use it lightly, or needlessly.
Commandment #4:
Keep the day holy that Yahweh set aside, the Seventh day, Saturday (not 1 in 7, but the 7th).
Stone Tablet #2
Love Neighbor
Commandment #5:
Honor your parents that your days may be long. Take care of parents.
Commandment #6:
Do not kill. He who is angry with his brother without cause is a murderer.
Commandment #7:
Do not cheat on your wife. Lusting over another woman, even if it goes no further than your mind, is adultery.
Commandment #8:
Do not steal. Withholding something that is in your power to give is stealing.
Commandment #9:
Do not bear false witness, which hinges on honesty. Stand up for right.
Commandment #10:
Don't lust over things that do not belong to you. Be content with what you have.
When the people heard the thunder and the loud blast of the horn, and when they saw the lightning and the smoke billowing from the mountain, they stood at a distance, trembling with fear. And they said to Moses, "You tell us what God says, and we will listen. But don't let God speak to us. If He does, we will die!"
"Don't be afraid," Moses said, "for God has come in this way to show you His awesome power. From now on, let your fear of Him keep you from sinning!"
Exodus 20:18-20
Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the
commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. Revelation 14:12
And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart,
Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the
children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour
as thyself: I am the LORD.
Leviticus 19:18, 34
Many people ain't tryin' ta heah dat, but Jesus was quoting from the scriptures when He spoke the Two Great Laws. Are these laws written on your heart and mind? Are you a part of the New Covenant?
He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.
Is there ANYthing in the Bible about "reinstating" laws in the New Covenant?
Think about it. God does not change His mind. Would He repeat it?
The very idea that God needed to repeat Himself in the New Testament is a blasphemous invention of tradition-loving mankind (or is it manking?). There is absolutely nothing in the Bible about Him "reinstating" certain laws. The very New Covenant states that God will write HIS Laws upon our hearts and in our minds -- and Jesus stating we ought to love God with all our heart, and mind and soul and spirit and strength AND love our neighbor as ourself INCLUDES the whole Ten Commandments! Isn't that amazing? Be very wary when the liars and deceivers start talking about "reinstating" in the New Testament. Run from them!
Ways to aid this ministry include praying for these sites:
www.TruthSeek.net, www.DeceivingtheElect.net, and www.DramaticParables.com, donations and provision may be gifted using the TruthSeekGift page (and please only use this if you feel you are inspired by God to do so), and also feel free to use the Prayer Request page to submit prayer requests, and praying for the prayer requests of others, as well as exploring the various advertisements and links on these pages (regrettably, the advertising is necessary to recompense the many costs of keeping a website running, so exploration of the advertisers, which are not connected to any of these studies, is greatly appreciated). Any aid is joyously accepted, even if that means a smile and a well-wish, or a simple prayer. Thank you so much!
